Shipping Methods
Container Transportation: Many customers prefer container transportation for flatbed trailers, as it offers low costs and shorter transit times. Container shipping guarantees your product arrives in pristine condition.
Bulk or Ro-Ro Shipping: For other trailer types, we typically use bulk carriers or Ro-Ro ships. Each trailer is meticulously prepared for shipping. We apply a protective wax coating and cover the trailers with tarpaulins to shield them from seawater erosion during transit.
Trailer-Specific Packaging
Flatbed, Fence, and Sidewall Trailers:
These trailers can be shipped in containers, ensuring a quick delivery and safe condition upon arrival. For bulk shipments, we apply wax and cover the trailers with rain cloths.
Lowbed Trailers:
Lowbed trailers are mainly shipped in bulk. We utilize protective wax and rain cloths to prevent damage during transport.
Fuel Tanker Trailers:
After technical enhancements, we offer container transport for 40-cubic-meter fuel tankers. For larger models or bulk shipments, we use wax and rain cloths to protect against seawater corrosion.
Cement Bulk Tanker Trailers:
These are usually transported in bulk. We wax the trailer, protect the air compressor and diesel engine, and cover it with a rain cloth.
Detachable Gooseneck Lowboy Trailers:
After conducting load tests, we apply a thick wax layer and use rain cloths for protection during bulk transport.
Side Loader Trailers:
These can be shipped in containers for faster delivery, while bulk shipments involve waxing and rain cloth protection.
Tipper and Side Tipper Trailers:
These trailers are shipped in bulk, with a thorough wax application and rain cloth coverage to prevent corrosion.
Container Chassis Trailers:
Typically transported in containers, where two chassis can fit in one container. For bulk shipping, we apply wax and wrap the trailers to ensure safe delivery.
