Production Process
Step 1: CNC cutting.
Use a CNC cutting machine to cut the entire plate into the required beam shape.
Step 2: Laser submerged arc welding of the main beam, side beam, etc.
After the workers splice the cut materials, they use laser submerged arc welding to weld them. After welding, the welding engineer checks whether the weld is neat and strong. For some imperfect positions, the engineer needs to weld manually to make the weld impeccable.
Step 3: Align the main beam and weld the cross beam.
After aligning the welded main beam, side beam and other components, weld the middle cross beam. First, the welding engineer spot welds it for preliminary fixation, and then uses mechanical equipment for welding.
Step 4: Assemble the frame. Weld the side support, suspension, etc.
Step 5: Shot blasting and rust removal.
Use 0.2~0.5mm diameter projectiles to sandblast the surface of the body, impact the surface of the frame to achieve the purpose of degreasing and rust removal, which helps paint coloring and increases paint adhesion.
Step 6: Lay the bottom plate.
Vehicles with decks need to have the floor laid, and vehicles such as low-bed semi-trailers used to transport large equipment need anti-slip strips welded on the deck.
Step 7: Install sidewalls and tool boxes, etc.
Sidewall semi-trailers and fence semi-trailers need to have sidewalls installed. We have a production line that specializes in making sidewalls, fences, fuel tanks, tool boxes and other components.
Step 8: Spray paint.
The specific operation is as follows:
Firstly: Shot blasting for rust and oil removal – use a pneumatic gun to evenly spray 0.2-0.5mm steel sand to remove oil, rust and welding slag, which can increase the adhesion of subsequent paint;
Next: Spray primer;
Again: Spray the middle layer of paint;
Finally: Spray the topcoat (make a pattern).
Step 9: Install lamps, axles, leaf springs, tires and other lower plate components.
Step 10: Install electrical lines and electrical pipelines.
