Warranty Coverage
Lionkar Vehicle offers a one-year warranty on all new semi trailers, effective from the date of shipping. To ensure your warranty is valid, please register your semi trailer within 30 days of purchase if it was bought through a dealer. This warranty covers defects in workmanship, parts, and materials.
Repair and Replacement
If you experience any issues, we will repair or replace any parts deemed defective by Lionkar Vehicle, free of charge. To facilitate this process, the defective part must be returned to us along with a detailed complaint. Ensure that the part is returned in its original packaging and properly protected to avoid damage during shipping.
Customer Responsibilities
In cases where the item is found to be damaged due to misuse, lack of maintenance, or improper care, the customer will be responsible for the cost of replacement and all associated shipping charges. Please be aware that the following circumstances are not covered by the warranty:
Natural disasters or acts of terrorism
Normal wear and tear
Product failure due to inadequate maintenance or cleaning
Damage resulting from accidents or neglect
Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized individuals
Modifications and Tools
Any modifications or additional tools sold or used on the semi trailer may void the warranty. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Normal adjustments, tuning, and machine settings are not covered under this warranty.
User Responsibilities
It is essential for users to understand basic equipment settings and maintenance procedures as provided by Lionkar Vehicle. Failure to maintain the equipment according to manufacturer standards may impact warranty coverage.

Claims for Loss or Damage
In the event of loss or damage during transit, please notify Lionkar Vehicle within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for losses or damages caused by the freight company or other factors beyond our control.
